Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner you will be seen and met wherever you are in your practice. I offer bilingual (Spanish/English) mixed level classes that focus on detail and alignment, pranic attunement and you taking the invitation to go as deeply into your practice as you comfortably care to.

You may practice with me in person during my ongoing classes at the amazing Lola's Costa Rica and/or online in group classes or private sessions for one to one personalized study.
